What’s In Office 365?

Office 365 has allowed more and more organizations to move their tools and apps to the cloud and take advantage of the all the productivity benefits of the cloud.
We are using Office 365 here at BrightWork.  We actually have a hybrid project management environment set up as well, that enables us to move back and forth between the two environments with ease.  So we get all the productivity benefits of Office 365, plus the PPM in BrightWork!
And even though we use it all the time, I definitely didn’t know everything that was in Office 365. I came across this infographic that the folks over at Sharegate put together with a helpful guide to what’s included Office 365. I thought many of you might be interested in it as well to help you get your head around.

Project and Portfolio Management with BrightWork and Office 365

Some companies might not yet be utilizing all the many productivity tools in Office 365, but it’s not uncommon for many organizations to have moved there for email, file storage, team sites and groups, and more.  And as we go, more and more organizations will move more and more tools will be moved to the cloud.
Lots of organizations want to go to the cloud, but they just can’t get all their apps in there.  So the hybrid world is a reality for many organizations.  They have on-premise infrastructure for many tools and will stay there until can get out of it – onto Office 365 or perhaps another cloud altogether.
So how does this hybrid scenario work with BrightWork? If they want project and portfolio management on Office 365, for example, you can have Office 365 and BrightWork “somewhere” and can connect the two.
With Office 365 and BrightWork hybrid, you can connect the two platforms to Access ProjectsManage Projects and Search and Discover Projects.
